Our 20~20~20 Rule is the core of our program with all activities designed to engage individuals of all ages. Each activity will occur for approximately 20 minutes for a total of 60 minutes. It is our goal to keep the participants actively engaged while identifying and addressing the core of any mental blocks or challenges that they maybe facing.
Our youth mentoring program focuses on social emotional learning while connecting youth with mentors that they can relate to, while helping them understand their emotions and overcome any challenges they may face, while giving them a positive outlet for any daily mental health challenges in a positive atmosphere.
Our Mentally FiTT Seniors program focuses on keeping our senior population moving and fit, while introducing them to different techniques on how to deal with daily stress and other mental health challenges.
Our Teachers Mental Health Awareness Program focuses on just that, our teachers! Our teachers are some of the most underserved individuals in the world as it relates to their mental health needs, and with this program, we look to provide them the stress relieving program they need through our 20-20-20 Rule.
Our corporate team building program focuses on helping companies develop more camaraderie amongst their employees to help reach company goals and maximize productivity while creating a positive work environment.
