Mentally FiTT, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization dedicated to providing individuals with a positive outlet for their daily mental health challenges. Our mission is to offer innovative programs that include non-contact boxing fitness, meditation/yoga, and coaching for success sessions in a supportive and positive environment.
We believe that exercise and meditation are often overlooked interventions when addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other related conditions. Our approach integrates unique forms of meditation/yoga, non-contact boxing, and cognitive learning activities to educate individuals on managing their emotions and overall physical health positively.
Our ultimate goal is to help individuals manage their daily mental health challenges in a positive manner while encouraging them to become productive and positive members of their communities. By providing these resources and support, we aim to foster resilience, well-being, and a sense of community among those we serve.
