Mentally FiTT, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization committed to supporting individuals in overcoming daily mental health challenges. We provide a positive and empowering environment through non-contact boxing fitness, meditation/yoga, and group coaching for success. Our mission is to foster resilience, empowerment, and overall wellness by building a community that nurtures both physical and mental well-being.
We believe that exercise and meditation are often overlooked interventions when addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other related conditions. Our approach integrates unique forms of meditation/yoga, non-contact boxing, and cognitive learning activities to educate individuals on managing their emotions and overall physical health positively.
Our ultimate goal is to help individuals manage their daily mental health challenges in a positive manner while encouraging them to become productive and positive members of their communities. By providing these resources and support, we aim to foster resilience, well-being, and a sense of community among those we serve.
